RE-Designing the Boards!

Over the coming weeks, anyone stopping by these boards will notice me playing around with the feel of the site as I quietly work on new functionality.

By the end of the summer, I hope to have updated the boards to the latest version of vBulletin (which includes some exciting new features by itself). On top of that, I have some big projects of my own which I plan to implement. More on that later.

For now...

How do we feel about the right alignment? I'm on the fence myself, and I imagine those with larger resolutions might have reason to complain, but it's easier to design for this way. Any opinions?

I'm on one of those aforementioned higher resolutions. Couple that with a widescreen monitor and you have a wide empty space to the left a little bigger than the forums themselves, for me at least.

Thanks for the quick feedback! I think I might stick with the right alignment, but make the forum width variable with the empty space on the left kept constant. I'll tinker with the tables and see what I can do.
