A scar goes from above his left eye to under his right. His hair is short and white with a streak of brown in it. He wears a forest green sleeveless robe that covers his feet. Along his arms are many tattoos of different animals.
For his entire life Nicholas and his twin sister, Morgan, had lived in the woods with their father. About seventeen years ago their father fell ill, and Nicholas had to leave the forest for medicine. It was the first time he had ever seen a city. Amazed by the large buildings, and all the different looking people he vowed that one day he would come back. His father got over the illness, but never gained his strength back. He had to stay and help his sister take care of their father. When he told his father of his dream he warned him about the outside world. He told him tales of great evil in the lands past the forest, but nothing he said could make Nicholas change his mind. Two years after he visited the city Morgan fell in love with a man from another family in the forest. She was going to have a child. The child was born exactly three weeks after they buried their father. Nicholas once again overcame his urge to leave, and decided to help his sister and her husband raise his nephew. About a year ago he decided to finally live his dream and go and see the world.
