This check won't reveal the identity of a killer, but it might give you a hint to his identity. You can't take 10 or take 20 on this check, and the check can be made only once per subbject.

Hashlok is a quiet man with a slightly stern blue eyes and a chisled looking face. His hair is dark and curly, reaching his shoulders. He isn't a complete recluse, and enjoys sociallizing as much as everyone. However, his time in prison has made him a bit awkward around normal people and so he often times ends up playing the role of wallflower. He is of average Rilkan proportions with red scales along his jaw and wrists.
Hashlok had an average childhood, growing up in a middle-class Rilkan family. When he was eighteen he joined the Lorvenian Military as an archer. It was there that he perfected his skills with the bow, as well as learning the most basic form of combat. He was friendly and fairly popular amongst the ranks, but otherwise he was not a very noteable soldier.
Hashlok's life was turned upside-down when, while out with some fellow soldiers, was involved in a drunken brawl. The instigator of the fight was a common human who had been telling racist jokes targetting, specifically, Rilkans and Gorons. Hashlok tolerated the jokes until they turned mean-spirited and eventually became out-and-out insults targetted directly at him. Not in his right mind, Hashlok attacked the man and ended up accidentally killing him, landing him in prison for manslaughter.
